Scientific Officer (Molecular Biology)
Qualifications:
MSc in Biotechnology/ Biochemistry/ Human Genetics from a reputed University with 2-3yrs of work experience in a clinical lab. Should be experienced in Molecular techniques such as DNA, RNA isolations, PCRs and RTPCRs; with at least an exposure to conventional karyotyping, FISH and mutation detection methods. Training in QA, QC procedures is desirable.
Responsibilities:
- DNA, RNA isolation and cDNA preparation for PCRs & RTPCR Assays
- Clinical reporting for Immunophenotyping of Leukemia/ Lymphoma cases
- Development of novel molecular assays
- Preparation of SOPs and maintenance of QA
Scientific Officer (Bioinformatics)
Qualifications:
MSc in Bioinformatics from a reputed University with 2 yrs of work experience. Should be experienced in use of Sequence Alignment tools, Microarray data analysis tools, Molecular modeling and computational genomics. Hands-on experience in Molecular techniques such as DNA, RNA isolations, PCRs and RTPCRs is desirable.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying novel diagnostic targets using data in public domain
- Primer designing, sequence characterization and data analysis for microarray work
- Clinical data management
Quality Assurance Executive
Qualifications: Graduate/Post graduate with a Diploma/Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology.
Work Experience: 3-5 years experience in a clinical laboratory in a supervisory role.
Experience in working with Quality Assurance Programmes.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Co-ordinate with the Quality Manager to;
- Continuous implementation of the established Quality.
- Manage System of the laboratory as per the requirements of NABL.
- Generation of documents required for College of American Pathology accreditation in the desired time frame.
- Timely calibration of all equipments.
- Timely participation in EQAS & ILC and dispatch of results generated for the same.
Secondary-Responsibilities:
- Co-ordinate and work with the existing Histopathology team for routine work and Immunohistochemistry staining.
- Co-ordinate and work with the existing molecular laboratory team for RNA extraction work and staining of specimens for FlowCytometry.
Scientific Officer Molecular Pathology section
Qualification: MSc in Biotechnology/ Molecular Genetics/Human Genetics/ Biochemistry with Genetics and/ or Molecular Biology as one of the subjects.
Work experience:
Cell & Tissue culture work and
4-6 months experience of Cytogenetics is required.
Roles & responsibilities:
To perform Karyotyping of chromosomes from bone marrow and peripheral blood specimens:
This would include: -
- Setting up cultures.
- Preparation of slides and GTG Banding.
- Preparation of Karyogram for analysis.
- Staining and screening specimens for Interphase and Metaphase FISH.
- Assist in development of in-house assays for preparation of FISH probes.
Business Development Executive

Qualification:
Graduate /Post Graduate in Life sciences /Pharmacy with at least 2 years experience in Laboratory Diagnostic Industry with a reputed organization & proven record of accomplishment.
Roles & responsibilities:
- Sales promotion of specialized molecular diagnostic tests to consultants & Institutions.
- Sales collection, Franchising and management of logistic function to ensure in time quality services.
- Achieve sales budgets on monthly basis & work independently to further explore new avenues.
